Modern liquid nail polish seems to have been a product of the 1920s. Before then, nails were colored with rouge or with tinted powders like vintage sample shown here.
The most similar currently-available substance I know of to the kind of nail powder used for these pictures, is Tokyo P. Shine, a kind of nail buffing powder mixture from Japan. The pinkish tint is very slight and most of the color enhancements to the fingernail come from the buffing action itself.
